About Me

My name is Ekaterina Nenkova and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), AfN Certified Nutrition Coach, member of CIMSPA and founder of Trainer Premium.

I started my fitness journey almost 10 years ago as a fitness enthusiast and went through different phases of my self-development, experienced injuries and downfalls, but at the end of the day my dedication and eagerness to learn helped me achieve every single goal I had set for myself.

With the professional qualifications I have I am committed to supporting, developing and enabling people to succeed in their own body transformation journey and inspire them to become more active.

As one of the first qualified NASM personal trainers in Bulgaria I am also registered in CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) which is an additional proof of the professionalism of the organization. CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector and is in partnership with EREPS (European register of exercise professionals).

This is done by using specific training protocols, exercise guidelines and modifications to acute variables such as sets, reps, and volume. 

The NASM’s exclusive OPT model which I am using in order to design the training programs simultaneously improves all physical abilities, such as mobility & flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, core stabilization, balance, muscular strength, coordination, and power.

The personalized nutrition plan features breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I’m taking into consideration YOUR preferences and the menu is balanced and delicious (does not consist of oats, chicken breast and cucumber only). My goal with the nutrition plans is to inspire you to make small changes in your daily eating habits that can make a big impact to your health and wellbeing and body image. I know you’re going to love it!

The meal plan is on weekly basis, you have choice of foods for rotation, shopping lists is included as well as delicious recipes so it couldn’t be easier to stay on-track. All the work is done – you simply need to follow the plan and enjoy.
